UNIOSUN: Osinbajo to Deliver Convocation Lecture

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo. Photo: Buzz NigeriaAs part of the University of Osun State’s 7th convocation ceremony, Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo will be delivering the convocation lecture.
While addressing pressmen, the Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof. Labode Popoola said the Vice President of the country will be speaking on the topic; “Six Decades of Chequered Nationhood: Nigeria Still Holds the Key to Africa’s Development”.
The VC also gave the breakdown of the graduating students; 62 students will be awarded first class, 693 will be awarded second class upper, 756 will be awarded second class lower, 131 will be awarded third class while 5 students will be awarded pass degrees.
Popoola also disclosed that the Chancellor of the university, Mrs. Folorunso Alakija will lay the foundation of the proposed university’s teaching hospital.
